Vivoactive 4S New Issues with Respiration and BodyBattery Recovery

Former Member

Hello,

I have been using my watch for several months now.  I have always been able to see my respiration levels and my body battery would repeatedly deplete during the day and then recover back to close to the 100 level every night.  Starting on Nov 27th it appears that I get no recovery when sleeping at night and there are issues measuring my respiration (often days of no respiration data.)

About a week ago I noticed the watch was not collecting HR data. I shutdown the watch and restarted it - seems to be collecting HR data now.

All of these problems also coincide with an increased request to check watch fit.

There has been no change to my sleeping patterns - seems something is wrong with the watch.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

  • I suggest you check the watch fit. I find pretty tight works best. If that doesn't improve things after a day or so, contact Garmin and complain. Ask for a refund. They don't want to hear that, so I expect that they'll make suggestions.
