My vi active 4a is not charging?

Was working out today, battery was low, watch shut off duringvworout and now it won't charge. Been on charger for over an hour.

Hello! Can you clean the charging contacts and the back of the device with rubbing alcohol and then plug the device into the computer and hold the power button for 45 seconds.

This did not work for me. And now the phone has died. How can I get it to recharge?

Hello! If the device still has not turned on by using the above steps we may need to look into warranty options. Are you located in the US or CAD?

Turns out I was trying to use my old charger for my old Garmin watch! My mistake. The actual charger works fine!
