Vivo active 4 heart rate monitor, stress level and body battery

I bought a vivo active 4 watch 3 weeks but the heart rate monitor, stress level and body battery are all blank and a message of check watch fit is displayed from day one. Is my watch broken?

Complain to Garmin because it does sound like it is broken.
