What kind of setting do i use

What kind of setting do i use when i want to workout with online trainingvideos like pamela reif? Seperate training; i start with warming-up (one video) legs (one video) Arms sometimes in between a full body work-out, core, cooling down and stretch. i got the new Vivioactive 4 thnx

  • Hello, I would use the cardio profile. I too, use separate workout videos and this profile works great for me. I change the data fields to have the HR and timer so I can keep an eye on my Heart rate. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
