Garmin Pay - Freeze screen - service not connected

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with watches which I bought yesterday. To be honest I feel like a betatester more than user now.

1) when you install watches you can add card to your garmin pay and it work.

- you can connect, disconnect bluetooth on phone, watches and everything run fine

- whenever you TURN OFF watches .... you have a problem

- most of the time it will stop working which means that after clicking on garmin pay ... it will FREEZE screen and you need to wait. After some time there is syncing wallet for few minutes and then most of the time device will restart. After restart it will not work again. If you will repeat this many times ... aproximately 5 times or anything like that it will load up and everything works again.

When this not work it wrote you that another cards cannot be added. Garmin pay on watches is not running etc. card is not supported in your region etc. (simply it seems, that service with GARMIN PAY will simply not start when garmin watches will turn ON)

Another solution instead of keep trying it (which may take 30 to 1 hour before service is finally loaded) you can do full factory reset and if you will do that it will work and you can add cards and it will work ...... until you TURN OFF watches ... then you are back and starting again :-)

to be honest now i am on fence if I should try to somehow solve it (no idea how), or I should just return it and ask for refund.

I have another 2 pieces which I can try if they have same issue (so if its general problem or just a faulty piece).
