My wife recently bought a vivoactive 4s. It worked for a couple of days before I connected it Garmin express . After that it stopped working. We did a factory reset . When we turned it back in it showed on the watch screen the watch trying to connect to Garmin Connect. No matter what we tried it would not go further than that. We sent the watch back . The new one is doing f the same thing after I connected to Garmin Express. I have used Garmin Express to update our previous watches with no issues. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
