Display of "Time in Heart Rate" Zone question

I have recently switched back to Garmin (Vivoactive 4) after trying Fitbit for a couple years. My favorite feature of Fitbit was the display of heart zone minutes per day/week/month. I cannot find it with my Garmin. The website says the following:

"The Time in Zone feature offers the ability to view heart rate zones on a Garmin device or on a chart within Garmin Connect. This feature easily identifies the duration spent in each specified zone during an activity.

To view Time in Zone on a device, see review the Training section in the device's owner's manual."

It says you can view heart rate zones on a Garmin device or on a chart within Garmin Connect. Where? I can't find it. In the "training" section of the owners manual which the website refers to does not say how you can view this data.

Any help at all is appreciated.

I use Garmin Connect in the laptop web browser. If I look at an activity, there is a tab marked "time in Zones" (under the charts, next to "Stats". If I select it, I can see how many minutes I had in each zone during the activity.

On the device, when reviewing an activity in the history secrtion, you can swipe up and select time in zone. Then you get the same information on the watch.
