Headphone volume adjustment not working

I've been using a pair of Jaybird Vista's with my Vivoactive 4 without issue for a few months. However, the volume adjustment on the watch suddenly stopped working today.

Anyone else have this issue and a fix?

    I’ve just received a Vivoactive 4 and have tried linking my Jaybird Vista’s. Pairing worked but also having the issue with them being stuck at max volume.

    Any help would be great.

    I have the exact same problem.  Looking through forums it looks like the problem has existed for years across different watches.  Very disappointing.  No choice for me but to return it.  Pretty disappointing.

    So I managed to fix the issue! I think there are a couple of options but the first one was just updating the headphones themselves via the Jaybird app. I didn't actually know your headphones could be updated, worked immediately after that.

    The other option I read which I think would have worked anyway is going through the Jaybird app and chaging the functions of the headphones. You can change the 'hold' button on the headphones to adjust the volume rather than turning the headphones off.

    Anyway, try updating them because it worked perfectly for me.
