How do I use a previous firmware version? Battery life is awful

As the title states, I want to install a prior software version on my VA4. Anyone know how I'd do this?

There is a 5.0.0 in there

So I tried this, but it only let me go to version 5.10

From what I've read, the battery issues started after 5.0.0
