Vivoactive 4S Unable to find HRM strap

Hi all!

I have a Vivoactive 4S and everything is fine in terms of pairing it with Bluetooth headphones, that I use daily.

I've only recently tried to pair it with two different functioning Heart Rate Monitor straps, but the watch simply won't see them/find them/detect them.

Tried restarting, all the Garmin basic troubleshooting, tried putting the battery on the opposite side (I've seen this advised in different forums) and re-flipping it, but no luck. Tried removing Headphones from the watch just in case, no success. Both straps work fine with other devices.

Please help!

Hello. in our homes we are full of Bluetooth devices. You should disable Bluetooth from all turned on devices. Including the smartphone to which it is normally paired. At that point, paring with the band. I have a Polar and another non-brand headband that are fine!!

Thank you, that's good advice.
However, I tried to follow with no success. Nothing seems to work!

Hi! Can you tell me what HRM you are using and did you remove the straps from the other watches as well, before adding them to the vivoactive 4s?
