APAC devices get much later updates to rest of world... if you have the box still, probably easiest to check whether it's only got English writing on it (ROW device) or many languages (APAC). If yours is…

Do you know what version of the vivoactive 4 you have? There are certain devices designed for different regions. This may be the reason you are on a different version.
How do I check which version of the Vívoactive 4? I'm from Singapore if that helps.

It is very frustrating that APAC is behind the rest of the world for at least 3 updates now. And, what's worst is that it does not even support Chinese notifications! I switched over from Fitbit to Garmin thinking that it would be better. But, it is just the same treatment that we are getting.
