Vivoactive 4S Unable to connect to WIFI

Right out of the box I cannot connect to WIFI when connecting to Spotify

Technical Steps Taken:

  • Rebooted phone and wifi
  • Checked and updated Garmin Connect app and Spotify app
  • Verified wifi user name and password
  • Verified that my wifi is 2.4ghz

I will have to return this watch if it does not allow me to download music. Main reason for purchase.

Please help or provide a status of issue.
