Stress and heart rate reading high.

Stress reading higher than normal had me concerned yesterday. I didn't feel stressed but I was way above normal. I worried a little then took a day very easy. This evening I went for a walk and heart rate was way high. At first I was worried. Then I took my heart rate the old fashion way and it was where I expected it. Anybody else having messed up readings lately on their vivo active 4s?

I reverted back to a previous watch face and turned my watch off then back on again. It seems to be working better but I trust it less.

Yes! My stress and HR have been reading extremely high, even while just sitting at my desk reading or doing work. Even while sleeping, which is weird. Was considering doing a reset, but not sure if that would help or not.

You can correct your Heart Rate Variability with a few moments of Kegel excercise. From high 90's to >5 on the stress widget, you can keep your heart beating healthy all day ;)
