My vivoactive 4 will not connect to gps,

When I choose activities such as bike riding and try to connect to gps I let it sit for 2-3 minutes and never picks it up, so I never get to use the full use of my watch by seeing distance or speed when I’m riding outside.

Does it work for other activities like running?

No, none of the activities that would use gps work, all other functions work like timer and time of day calorie heart rate

It should work out of the box so if the GPS settings doesn't change it or the page from seilogramp doesn't help then try with a factory reset.

No it’s never worked, thank you I’ll try that when I get home and let you know
