Feature Request for Vivoactive 4/4s to sync and show the same step streak shown in Garmin Connect

My son's Vivoactive is having the same issue but mine is correct - and we have the same streak.  I couldn't find any solution when I researched it a few weeks ago but it's frustrating!

I contacted the Garmin Support, and they say that the error is in the watch and that there probably is nothing they can do. They have an open case on the issue as others have contacted them about this. My streak is still updating in the app, but I'm using the watch as motivation, so it's super frustrating that it says 15 days, when I know it should be 204 days.

In my previous watch, a Vivoactive HR, the goal streak kept counting even when I missed the goal once a week. The app was counting correctly.

Yes, I have a VA4S now, and it seems to count the streaks correctly. 

I have exactly the same issue. My real streak is 54 and the watch says 5.

In the meanwhile have you found a solution?

Hi. No, unfortunately not. Garmin support said that this was an ongoing issue and that there is probably nothing they can do. My watch says 51 days but my real streak is 240 days. It’s pretty annoying.
