It means that an IQ app has crashed. Check your apps, and get rid of the one that's causing problems.

How do you know which app causes the problem?

I deleted the apps one by one until the problem was gone.

in garmin\apps\logs, you'll see a ciq_log.yml file.  In there you'll see the app name.

Great tip. Is there a way to delete apps, widgets or watch faces from the device's Garmin folder? Even if it means deleting them all? I've had it where an app in question was no longer in the IQ store, and the IQ app wouldn't delete it either. I also have a Garmin Faceit watchface I can't get rid of...

You can delete apps, widgets and watchfaces in the IQ app. Open "my watch" and delete.
