VivoActive 4 draining battery

Hi all.

I've had my VivoActive 4 for three months and have loved it! Never had an issue until the start of this week (14th Sept 20).

My watch would last around 4 days after a charge - this includes one run for about 30-50 mins and a weights workout for 2 of these days. I also used Spotify.

Since the start of this week the battery drains at an incredibly rapid rate, i've not used my watch as much as i normally do as we've just had a baby. My step count and stair count has increased by about 20% but not enough to offset the lack of gym/running! It will be on a full charge (100% when i wake up at around 7. Its now 18:51 and i have less than 10%)

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I think there was a software update over the weekend, which i downloaded and installed.
