I’m using my Vivoactive 4 to track my soccer training outcomes.
I read somewhere that it is best to use “Indoor Running” activity for soccer sessions as the GPS mode would be too inaccurate.
so I did that and whilst I’m a relatively fit 41year old playing amateur league, I found my max speed of 32.6 km/hr rather incredulous given Kylian Mbappe’s top speed is only 36 km/hr!
anyone has any tips for how to improve accuracy of data for soccer training?
