Wow, yeah, the "no notification" screen is fugly!

Regarding a roll back, there was a Beta that wasn't published on these forums by Garmin Blake, V 5.01.
If you download the Beta, you'll find the V5.0 roll back version included in it.

Download the correct version, and follow the roll back instructions. Make a backup of your watch settings and other files first!

In 24h mode, the weather widget and the activity log widget show pm/am.

Stress and body battery graphs are bugged. The 100 value is out of view in the 4s, there's a scalling problem

Perhaps check whether all your IQ apps, watch faces, widgets and data fields are up to date... probably easiest to plug in the watch and see what Garmin Express has to say. I hope its that simple...
