Vivoactive 4 pairing issue with Jabra Elite Active 75t

I’ve been trying to pair my elite active 75t to my Vivoactive 4. So, so painful. Understand from some users they managed to connect it with a breeze. Could someone help me out please? Any advice is appreciated.

I had the same issue and tried this

and it worked right away!
