Is the VA4 compatible with custom workouts?

I go to More>Training>Workouts>Create a Workout. When I tap "send to phone", I get this message: "this workout will be available when your vivoactive 4 completes syncing." I go back to "My day" and sync and the workout isn't on my watch. I have the Garmin Coach widget enabled on my watch. What am I doing wrong? TIA

yes, it's compatible, but some times I have the same problem as you and I don't find the workout on my watch, couldn't figure out why.

I have problems sending workouts to the va4s. Wish it worked better.

Another Garmin's bad UI/UX example. The training you created won't show up separately. You have to dig it out and forget about Garmin Coach...

If your training show a cardio icon in app/web. It will be found in cardio.

Tap cardio

Swipe up

Tap workouts

Should be somewhere...

BTW, if you redesigned the training and you have to send it again. There's no such thing as auto update.
