Hydration widget crash bug

from day one I bout this watch till now, and through all firmware updates, the bug still exists.

it's really annoying and I can't figure out why Garmin won't solve this bug

every time I accept the hydration reminder the whole widget crashes and closes, so I have to get out of it and navigate through widgets to enter my drink bottles.

anyone else having this problem?

When a notification for hydration is made, the IQ icon with yellow exclamation mark appears on my watch.

I have reported this to the beta team and they have confirmed they will investigate...

"The hydration goal setting not being respected will be fixed with our next maintenance release. We are also currently investigating why and how the device can crash when taking action on drink reminders. Any user who can reproduce this issue should reach out."

I am having the same issue - the hydration widget crashes when attempting to enter via notification.

With Garmin it's hard to believe anything they say... it's likely they just tell you what you want to hear. But it doesn't hurt emailing them. If we bother them enough perhaps it's an incentive for them to properly test their software. So by all means write them, but provide a concise description of the issue and how to trigger it. You want to make it as easy as possible to replicate on their side that they can actually address the issue.

Can you remove the widget, power cycle the device then install it back? If this does not correct it, I would like to get this escalated. Can I have you record the widget crashing, so I can send this to my team?

I did removed power cycle many times but it didn't help, what do you mean record ... Like video record the bug?
