Blacked out Vivo Active 4S

Hi there,

Anyone experienced issues with their 4S like me?

I was using it today and suddenly i realized that my watch was not working (it was at 70% this morning when i left the house), showing nothing on the screen like it was turned off.

I came home and tried to charge it, but mid way i realized that the watch was overheating (it was hot to touch), and it still cannot turn on.

Would appreciate any help. I just bought the watch 1 and a half months ago.

Try restarting the watch by holding the top button for at least 15 seconds and then pressing the same button shortly again.

It was the 2nd time for me, so even though they repaired one for me, i decided to sell it away.

Oh no, so Garmin replaced your first watch and it happened again with your new one? I’ve had mine for about 9 months and it’s been perfectly fine till today :(

I have the same problem with my Vivoactive 4s since this Tuesday. I have put my watch to charge, although I charged it the same morning and it was 91% when I left home, because it was off for some reason. When I checked it after a few hours it was still off and VERY hot. Now I can not turn it on at all, it doesn't react when I put it to charge and display is black. I don't know what to do and I hope this will be solved asap so I can use my very beloved Garmin watch again.

If your vivoactive 4/4S will not turn on, please see My vivoactive 4S Will No Longer Power On
