Hi all.
Does anybody know how to maximise calories burnt accuracy using with your Garmin device (I have a Vivoactive 4). At the moment I'm finding these numbers for active calories burnt are incorrect (generally way to low for the amount of exercise I'm doing), so I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. All my personal info is correcft and software is up to date. (the device is brand new)
Please give us a hand let me know what can be done. Thanks everyone :) .
