New Vívoactive 4s not starting up

Brand new Vívoactive 4s is not starting up. Displays an empty blue triangle, but that’s it. I’ve held down top button to power off and then powered on again, triangle comes up for a second then screen switches off again. Please help?

I've not had this problem yet, but I've had something similar on my EDGE 530. It sounds like its in a boot loop.

Have you tried holding in the top button continuously for more than 20seconds?

You can also try holding it in while you connect to power. and then releasing it about 10 seconds or so.
