Hello, I have a question about the operation of the buttons when pressing

Hello 

I have just gotten a Vivoactive 4 and I have noticed that the back button has more travel or a sort of two-step click like a camera shutter button.

Like a one semi-click and the I need to push it slightly further for the button to acknowledge the action

Is this normal? The other action button is a sold simple 1 click though.

    Thats not normal, but exercise the button a bit and if it doesn't get better then consider returning the unit...

    The button actually has two functions.  A short press is back, a long press is menu.  But the press itself should be like the other button

    I have noticed both buttons now have this characteristic. I don't notice it on the push but on the release there are 2 noticeable clicks as you release. I have had the watch for a week but just started noticing it yesterday. Not sure if it always did it. As far as I can tell there is no watch action associated with this it just seems to be a hardware characteristic about the buttons.
