OPen Connect mobile and do a sync. You will undoubtedly not get all the data since then and it should take a relatively long time. Make sure the phone's Connect display is on as it will stop syncing when it times out.
A simpler option is to just do it in Express. Again, it should take a bit of time and you are bound to have lost some data since then.
There is likely to be a firmware update for it as well.
