I purchased the watch 2 months ago, every day since than it sets a new alarm at 5am every day, tried deleting it but nothing works...

I confirmed that there were no active alarms on the Web version. There were several inactive alarms that I deleted (and notably, none for 9:30 pm, which was when I had the most recent false alarm).
At thus point, we would need to have you reset the device to defaults unfortunately.
