Vivoactive 4s sets an alarm automatically everyday

I purchased the watch 2 months ago, every day since than it sets a new alarm at 5am every day, tried deleting it but nothing works...

how do I fix it?

I also encountered this when setting new alarms: it would automatically create another alarm for the top of the current hour. It was very annoying and random but I haven't encountered this recently. I assume it was a software bug that got fixed.

Still seeing this. I recently set an alarm at 10 pm-ish for the following morning at 6:05 am.

A minute later the alarm went off. I think the original alarm I set was deactivated.

my wife also has this issue on her watch. When she creates an alarm, another alarm is set to go off a minute or two later after creation.

Any solution? In spite of deleting alarms, mine goes off every now and then.

Hello! Have you tried deleting this alarm from the web version? Have you reset your device to defaults by chance?

I just experienced this again last night after some time of not having the issue. I had an alarm around 9:30 pm.

I don't want to reset my watch settings so I have not tried.

Great suggestion. Little sucker was alive and well on the web version. It had a mind of its own. I did do a restore recently but didn't reset it at all. I've never even used the alarm before.

Could you double check the setting is not enabled through the web version?
