How to exit the test mode on vivoactive 4s?

Hi,

my brad new vivoactive 4s entered in autonomy on test mode.
I tried to exit, following the correct instruction, the watch always restart with the garmin logo but with no life, and it appears only the test mode.

Use the down button to switch all the different tests. At the end you will see a message "hold the power key to shut down". Click again and the message will change to "hold the power key to disable the test mode" or something like that. Hold the up button 3 or 5 sec, the watch will shut down. Hold the up button again to restart it. It will be on standard mode.

I have tried to shut down my watch by holding the power key and it won’t shut down or restart. What can I do to stop the test ??

I have the same Problem. How do you have fixed it?

Try: Pressing the BACK/LAP button until you see a screen saying Press power button to leave forced test mode.

Still does not work I have the same problem and it is so confusing.
