Cannot connect vivoactive 4s to samsung galaxy + earbuds...

Help...Cannot connect my earbuds...The watch will find them, but when I try to pair keep receiving Pairing Failed message.

Nope sorry, never got a reply. Even after chatting with someone they said they'd get back to me, asked for various things to take to Tec Team and i'd hear back. I never did. Needless to say samsung earbuds DO NOT work with garmin watch as advertised

not only samsung earbuds not working :( i have 2 another pairs different companies- same problem

Beteem various family members we have 6 or 7 different ear-buds and headphones. Not a single one worked. I gave up!
