Heart rate sensor stops periodically

Hi,

Since the last few weeks the watch is not measuring the heart rate properly. it stops measuring sometimes for a certain time and then starts again. The green light also stops blinking. The same happens with the sleep monitor, as the HRM does not function properly it does not detect the sleep as well. the stop can last a very long time, more than 4 hours as the last 4 hour measuement is frequently completely empty.

I'm on SW version 4.7

Please help me with this issue, I've added a typically screenshot to outline the problem:

When I had this problem garmin sent me a replacement.

did the replacement fix your issue? mines been replaced twice now and im still having the issue although no issues with my vivoactive 3

Yes, the issue is resolved with the new one they gave me. It was a refurbished model.

Hi, just wondering if you ever got to the bottom of this issue? I was having the same issue and have been sent a replacement and the replacement is not even 48 hours old now and it's doing the same thing again. Very frustrating
