Is there anyway of recovering an accidentally discarded activity? It's happened twice now simply by taking off my jacket mid run. No sign of it in the FIT files on Garmin connect. Very frustrating.

When I wear clothes that cause this kind of problem, I start the activity then activate the lock function so that random screen touches don't cause problems (which for me seems to be incorrectly entering the PIN on Garmin Pay!). When you're finished you can unlock the watch and save the activity.
Thanks, it's a vivoactive 4.

Hi thank you for your post, but did you tried any apps which you recommended on windows 10? When is watch connected it is not classical File System (Drive), but especially filesystem which is not visible in any apps which you recommended.I tried every in the list below but none view the watch as a drive.
Have you any suggesstions?
Former Member Did you tried that apps also on windows 10?
I tried every apps in that list but none view that partitions in watch. Because it is especially file system not classical drive as is mounted.
Any file recovery tools need direct access to the filesystem on the storage device. The vivoactive 4 does not provide direct access to the file system, so I do not see any way of recovering a deleted file, short of disassembling the device and getting a direct access to the storage chip.
