Body battery stopped working.

When I bought the viviactive 4s the body battery worked for 3 days. Now it is listed at 5/100 already for 4 days. Does not improve or decrease. What can be the problem? Sleep and stress level is oke.
I have never seen body battery give meaningful data. I have been using the watch for about 2 1/2 months now and can find no logic as to what causes body battery to charge. If I were to believe what it shows, I need to sleep for a week to get charged up!
I've mine since 28.01.2020 and been using it with no problem. Body battery feature seems so realistic to me. It decreases or increases according to your stress level, HRV and activity level. If i take a good sleep at least 8 hours, it mostly recharges fully or near full. I've also realized that it increases when i watch tv laying down.
