Pairing not on watch

My viviactive is not showing pairing for blue tooth when I scroll down after pressing settings their is no pair instead it says watch face

It's a bit unclear what you are asking ...

Press and hold lower button for Settings menu
Scroll to Gear icon at bottom and select
- For pairing Headphones: select Music, then Headphones, then Add New
- For pairing Phone: select Phone, then Pair Phone
