Can't connect to Garmin pay (vivoactive 4s)

When I try to setup Garmin pay on my phone (Samsung Galaxy s9) I get this message:

It means: " Not connected to Garmin pay

Connect by turning off and switching on the phone's bluetooth, and then try again"

I have tried that and it still doesn't work. Can someone please help me. I have the Garmin vivoactive 4s watch.

  • Try power down and up watches, if does not work
