Hi I have a Dark Vader model and it seems that strap is causing me very bad alergy. Anyone with the same problem?

Yes absolutely, I had that very same reaction to the watch strap. I sent a quick email to support at Garmin and they sent a replacement leather strap in a matter of days. Never had any problem since.
