I have a relatively new Vivoactive 4, came with FW 3.3 out of the Box and took a while since for the Updates to roll through. About 4 days ago, Floor recognition stopped working. Worked great before (actually a lot better than my Vivoactive HR before), now it doesn't work at all. I also noticed that it seems the pressure sensor just stopped working.
I'm using "Fusion" as Watchface and elevation and pressure just don't get displayed anymore ( "--" is everyhting that's shown). Is there anything i can do? I don't know exactly if it is related, but i remember changing from "GPS + Glonass" to "GPS + Gallileo"...just don't remember when i changed it...
To clarify a few things further: I have also tried to calibrate it numerous times, i've reset the unit 3 times now...if i use the stair climbing program outside, it seems to register staris/floors but it does not work, when i'm not using that app. I also had a really good look in to the holes of the pressure sensors and can't see anything out of the ordinary, black plastic...
