Bluetooth not staying connected

I'm sorry, yes, you are absolutely right! I do, however, have v. 6.11 and still get disconnects :(

I don't know what you did. You did not DM me Amber but..... i got an update and since then the problem is solved !!

Great support. I wan't shure whether I should buy a Garmin (again, after the Forerunner 235) or one of the other 10 watches I compared but I'm more than happy I choose this one. Seems unimportant but now I can control my spotify on the iphone from the watch instead of searching for my phone and hit a lamp post. Thanks!

Hi. My garmin keeps toggling between disconnected and connected. Can you send an update by any chance?

Me too. Only bought it on Boxing Day and am already getting frustrated with the disconnections. My phone hasn’t left my pocket, so the 2 have always been in range, but every so often I look at my watch and can see the Bluetooth has disconnected. It’s running the following:

SW = 5.1, BT = 6.11

Same problem here as well. I switch from android 4 days ago. I have had the VA3 and VA4 for a couple hrs and no problem. Switch to apple iphone 12 and can’t keep it connected 

 am also updated to the latest version
