I don't know what you did. You did not DM me Amber but..... i got an update and since then the problem is solved !!
Great support. I wan't shure whether I should buy a Garmin (again, after the Forerunner 235) or one of the other 10 watches I compared but I'm more than happy I choose this one. Seems unimportant but now I can control my spotify on the iphone from the watch instead of searching for my phone and hit a lamp post. Thanks!

Me too. Only bought it on Boxing Day and am already getting frustrated with the disconnections. My phone hasn’t left my pocket, so the 2 have always been in range, but every so often I look at my watch and can see the Bluetooth has disconnected. It’s running the following:
SW = 5.1, BT = 6.11
