For the last couple months I can’t seem to keep my watch connected. It’s always dropping Bluetooth connection from my phone. I’m running the latest iOS on my iPhone 11 Pro and my watch is up to date VA4S. Anyone else?

no it does not. I have to go the IOS settings - Bluetooth. There I see all my BT devices and vivoatieve4 saying "no connection". As soon as I tap the Vivoactie4 - it connects. Back to the app: it than synces
good to read that you're working on it. And yes, the only way to use it now is tap my Vivoactive 4 in the Apple bluetooth list of devices.
Can you completely remove the device from the phone (the app and the bluetooth) Refresh the app then add the device to the Garmin app only.
Garmin app says: "This Garmin device is registered to your Garmin Connect account, but has not been paired to your iOS device."

OK, if the device is showing in the bluetooth settings,it needs to be removed. The device has to be directly paired to the Garmin app, by selecting add device.
This does not match with your previous post in which you advice to tap the Garmin device in the Apple settings - BT menu, in order te reconnect?!
Remove from IOS BT. okay. But than delete it from the Connect app? OR delete the whole app. I do not understand "refresh the app"
I removed it from iPhone BT, but the watch immediately wants to connect again. Following the Connect procedure all looks good but then the watch is in the iPhone BT list again.
I will DM you so we can troubleshoot the issue.
