So yesterday I had a lazy day, I sat at my computer all day. I did ten minutes of gardening and the sat down on the sofa to watch TV. My active calories register as 683 which seems excessively high as I am essentially at rest.
Day before I had a similar day and this logged 768.
Are these accurate? They are adding to the amount of calories I can consume in a day and I believe that this would push the calories higher than maintenance.
Anyone got any suggestions? Is this reasonable to give Maintenance levels?
