I have the same syndrome: tracking Pulse Ox is set for the sleep time ( and seems to be working OK ) but several times during the daytime the watch shows "Measuring Pulse Ox - Keep Still" and ...nothing is happening. I think this condition showed up after the last software update (14 January 2021).
