v02 max

I am getting a bit worried now My V02 max went from 43 to 35 in 3 months. I'm running further-more comfortable and my cycling has improved definitely. I feel great but, I keep thinking something is wrong here. I have enough rest between training and I feel normal.

At the same time my 02 stats is 86-95 all the time. Surely below 90 isn't right or???

Anyone got any advise or feedback please?
