I am experiencing challenges with my new Vivoactive 4S:
- first of all the main problem from the start of having the watch (2 months only) is that the notifications would sometimes randomly come through to my watch. Le't say it starts randomly today - all notification from emails / news / social media, whatever I have selected would start appearing. However I had no notifications for 2 weeks. And 2 weeks ago they would start appearing in the morning hours and then stop again. I tried different ways of fixing it myself but don't really know what to do. My partner has a Forerunner 645 and his watch works perfectly. All notifications appear with no problem.
- another point is that recently (maybe 2-3 weeks only) my watch shows that my phone disconnects and connects at random occasions. I can be literally holding my phone in my hand and the watch on my wrist shows that the phone just disconnected. It happens many times per day. I mean sometimes couple of times each hour.
- additionally I haven't had this problem until yesterday. Every time I would go for a run, the watch would perfectly map the route on the Connect app and in Strava. Yesterday what it did was a route which did not go on the road (where I run) but around it. Like I would run on the residential houses. Weird and I would like this sorted, please.
