Why does my garmin forget to log the steps when I go running, all settings are correct for tracking

Hi,

All tracking settings are active, yety garmin forget to count the steps when I go running. Only happens sometimes not Always....

This watch costs 300 euro and logs less accurate then my previous fitbit of 150 euro.....

Please advice a solution

I and others have the same problem. When running. it’s counting steps, and your are noticed that you have reached your target goal. But when sawing the acctual run, it returns to the step count, before the run.
