Syncing Apps and Data

Just a question to see how many other apps folks use in addition to Connect and how you manage them?  I use a Peloton for workouts that unfortunately doesn't sync with Garmin Connect so I upload the stats to Strava.  In turn that uploads them to Myfitnesspal and (previously) Fitbit.

In the Fitbit app, I had the issue that the Fitbit device was recording the activity and, when Strava uploaded, I found that the Fitbit app was accounting for the same exercise twice.  I am not sure if the same thing will happen with Connect?

Given that the Garmin will be used to track ALL my exercise, not just Peloton, how can I go about ensuring this doesn't happen and how would you set up the following to interact for maximum benefit:

Peloton

Strava

MFP

Connect
