Battery life

Seems as tho the battery life keeps changing with every firmware update. It was worse when I first purchased it, then they fixed the constant heart rate issues, and it got a little better. But then they came out with another update, and then the Bluetooth randomly disconnects, and now the battery life is nowhere near the 7-8 days as spec’d. I’m only getting about 5 days now, with no GPS activities. Much less with just a few GPS runs.  Why couldn’t they have put a better battery in this series.
I was getting around 10+ days with my vivoactive HR.
I upgraded to VA4, and why can’t it have a battery as good as some of the forerunner or fenix series??

Garmin, are you reading these post?
Why aren’t you actively fixing this? Do you need to recall all the VA4 due to defective batteries?? The VA4 has been out long enough now, for most of the kinks to be worked out, or did Garmin just release a new cheap vivoactive series, but charge us consumers a premium price. One would think a $350 watch would have a decent battery in it, eh??
