Charging advice

I generally have battery drain of 20-30% per day (with GPS and activities and a CIQ face) so it's pretty in line with expectations. I usually recharge to 100% nightly since it only takes 15 mins or so. What I want to know is whether it is bad for the battery to recharge like this, or if I should be letting the watch drain to close to zero before plugging in. Any advice?

    Saludos

  • The way I look at it is that there are probably about 1,000 recharge cycles before the battery starts to fail. If you do it everyday you should go about 3 years and then you might see problems. If you do it every second night, you'll extend that to around 6 years.

What I do with my VA3 is recharge when I get to around 20%. That works out to 2-3 days when I have used GPS extensively and 4 to 5 days when I haven't,

  • Thanks both of you.i think I'll take the advice and generally try for once every 2 days, just to be safe...
