Strength training: Is there any possibility to create an alert for the set timer (rest or active) rather than for the elapsed time?

There are sets in which I hold my body in a certain position for a specific time (e.g. 30 seconds). Strength training activity allows me to create an alert for elapsed time, which I find useless. I need to set an alert for a set time and also for a rest time. If anyone could help me with this?
