Music breaks (fast beep-beep) for the first 10mins of a RUN

Watch pairs fine with headphones (Aukey). When starting music, sound is played clearly and fine. However, when then starting a RUN (and music is playing fine), music will get interrupted every 10-15 seconds with a fast beep-beep, meaning the song would break. After 10 mins, music is not interrupted and plays fine. So for the last run, 35 mins long, first 10 mins were horrible but for the remaining 25 minutes music was playing absolutely fine.

This happened 6-7 runs ago.

I'm on V4.40, ANT/BLE/BT V4.30

I also listen to music from watch on same headphones in office, and there are no problems. Problem seems to be when starting a RUN and music is playing.

Contacted support but they simply dismissed it as a compatibility issue, which doesn't look like the case.

Yes. I had received updates for Garmin but don't think those were the issue.

I unpaired the headphones and cleared the pairing memory. I restarted the Garmin, placed headphones in pairing mode, paired again, and it worked without issues.

One time I had issues with the watch not connecting with headphones, but a watch restart fixed that.
